An Ex Big 4, her focus area includes tax and regulatory aspects of global not for profit entities, domestic charitable organizations, CSR foundations and universities. Dipti has advised various clients on matters relating to FCRA, Income tax, Companies Act and state laws. Her experience includes condonation and audit proceedings before the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), obtaining FCRA registrations/ prior permissions, developing entry strategy for foreign NPOs etc. She also has extensive experience in formulating CSR strategies, conducting due diligence of implementing partners and developing execution methodologies to be adopted under CSR regulations.

Platform consulting experience includes CRM software, marketing automation, cloud telephony & Bots As part of his corporate experience, he was associated as the head of marketing with Indian and multinational companies where he led key marketing components of product positioning, brand awareness, G.T.M & customer communication. He has worked with organizations including Sage Software, Wolters Kluwer & Schoolnet India amongst others.

Sumit, a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of experience, leads the Direct Tax and Compliance practice of the Firm. An Ex Big 4, Sumit focuses on tax and regulatory matters for a wide array of clients operating in diverse industry domains. Sumit has done extensive work on tax structuring of Indian operations, cross border tax planning and interpretation of tax treaties. He has advised various international clients on their India entry strategy, contract structuring and inbound/outbound investments. His experience also includes conducting tax due diligence/ health check-ups and risk mitigation exercises, tax compliance matters, obtaining lower WHT orders and representation before various tax and appellate authorities.
